Joe and Jill Biden Monday evening traveled to Cherry Point, North Carolina to participate in a ‘Friendsgiving’ dinner with service members and military families.

Biden told a little boy it’s okay to steal.

Joe Biden put his hand on a child (of course) and told him he can steal pumpkin.

“Imagine! This has to be boring, boring, boring for these kids to stand up here,” Biden said with his hand on one of the children.

“You’re allowed to do anything you want. Including stealing go steal a pumpkin if you want! Anything you want to do,” Biden said.

Later on, Dr. Jill grabbed the microphone and took over while her invalid husband stood next to her like a mute.
