Conflicted Judge Merchan issued a gag order on Tuesday, preventing President Trump from speaking about his trial, which is taking place just months before November’s election. It should come as no surprise that Judge Merchan is a willing participant in the Left’s election interference. Loomer exclusively reported that Judge Merchan’s daughter, Loren, is the partner and part-owner of Authentic Campaigns, a firm whose “featured client” is the Biden-Harris Campaign. Loren Merchan’s X account, known as @LorenM426, featured a profile picture of President Trump behind bars in a jail cell. Tuesday was the latest example of how far the Left will go to “get Trump” before November’s election.
Loomer wrote on Tuesday’s gag order news, “Today Judge Juan Merchan has ordered President Trump to pay a $9,000 fine to the court for ‘contempt‘ by Friday, May 3, 2024 for ‘violating his gag order‘.Merchan has also ordered both President Trump and his campaign to delete 9 Truth Social posts in total (7 from President Trump’s personal Truth social account and 2 from the campaign Truth Social account) by 2:15 pm EST today, April 30, 2024. In the order, Judge Merchan also threatened President Trump with ARREST if he doesn’t comply.”
In response to the gag order, President Trump posted on TruthSocial, “This Judge has taken away my Constitutional Right to FREE SPEECH. I am the only Presidential Candidate in History to be GAGGED. This whole “Trial” is RIGGED, and by taking away my FREEDOM OF SPEECH, THIS HIGHLY CONFLICTED JUDGE IS RIGGING THE PRESIDENTIAL OF 2024 ELECTION. ELECTION INTERFERENCE!!!”
Trump also wrote, “This is a total Witch Hunt. Hours of sitting down and listening to nothing except EXONERATION AND LIES. The Trial is going like a speeding bullet, because the Judge is working hard to make all of his friends happy. Merchan is Rigged, Crooked and above all, and without question, CONFLICTED. It’s a disgrace to our Country — They’ve taken away my Right to Free Speech. ELECTION INTERFERENCE!!!”
Judge Merchan’s lawless behavior should come as no shock. Loomer previously reported that screenshots show Judge Merchan’s daughter, Loren, has an X account that reshared a photo of her speaking at an Authentic Campaigns event, an organization she is part-owner of. A zoomed-in photo shows Merchan’s @LorenM426 handle flashing behind her on the podium. An X post from Authentic Campaigns on January 9th, 2020, stated that Authentic Campaigns was “excited to announce that Loren Merchan is being named partner and part-owner of Authentic Campaigns.” Loren Merchan’s X account, @LorenM426, shared this announcement.
Authentic Campaigns’ website lists the Biden-Harris campaign as its “Featured Client.” Other clients of Authentic Campaigns include Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, Rep. Ilhan Omar, Governor Gavin Newsom, Adam Schiff, and the Wisconsin Democratic Party.
Judge Merchan’s decision to silence President Trump just months before the election proves Democrats are determined to throw the kitchen sink at President Trump in hopes of creating enough chaos to keep Biden in power. It’s ironic how the left claims to be “saving democracy” when, in reality, they are the ones destroying America’s rule of law.
