EXCLUSIVE: Biden-Era Pentagon Grants Still Spending Tax Dollars On Gruesome Animal Tests With Aborted Human Fetal Tissue

The Biden Pentagon funded horrific Frankenstein-style experiments that use body parts from aborted babies, and we’re still paying for it.

A new investigation by the government watchdog White Coat Waste (WCW) has revealed that the Department of War (DOW) is still funding millions in grants handed out by the Biden administration for sick experiments that implant pieces of aborted human fetuses into lab animals.

Sick Franken-Science on the Taxpayer Dime

WCW investigators uncovered several active Biden-era DOW grants that paid experimenters to create so-called “BLT mice” — animals surgically implanted with bone marrow, liver, and thymus tissue from aborted babies. One of the projects dissected the brains of 14-week-old human fetuses and monkey fetuses.

These ghoulish procedures sound like something from a horror movie, but they’re still happening in real life, with your money. Several of these multi-million-dollar Biden administration projects are funded through August 2026.

WCW and Congress Are Fighting Back And Winning

The good news: WCW’s relentless work is already forcing change. 

Last month, another federal agency, the National Institutes of Health (NIH), was forced to back down from nearly identical experiments after WCW blew the whistle. 

WCW exposed how NIH-funded projects, some of which were approved under Dr. Anthony Fauci, funded atrocities like implanting human fetal fingers into newborn mice, intentionally breaking the bones, and then leaving the tiny fingers fractured inside the live animals for weeks. Another NIH-funded lab even harvested scalps from aborted human fetuses and stitched them onto lab animals’ backs. In all, WCW exposed 17 active NIH grants funding human fetal tissue research, 16 of which they confirmed funded animal tests.

Within 24 hours of WCW’s exposé, NIH admitted the truth and confirmed it would not renew millions in grants that funded fetal tissue experiments on animals.

But the DOW’s Frankenstein experiments are still funded, and Secretary Hegseth— who’s already shown great leadership on cutting unnecessary animal tests — can stop them.

From Felines to Fetuses: Hegseth Can Protect the Voiceless

Earlier this year following WCW and Laura Loomer’s investigations, Secretary Hegseth and Navy Secretary John Phelan made history when they canceled the Pentagon’s painful dog and cat experiments and banned this testing throughout the Navy.

Now WCW is calling on them to finish what they started and extend that same common sense to needless and cruel human fetal tissue testing on animals.

If HHS can pull the plug on these atrocities, the Pentagon can too. It’s time for Secretary Hegseth to end the DOD’s human fetal tissue research on animals and put an end to this atrocity once and for all.
