EXPOSED: Senator Ossoff’s Ties To Open-Borders Groups Seeking To Abolish ICE And Deploy Mail-In Ballot Trackers In Georgia

Democrat U.S. Senator Jon Ossoff’s campaign strategy in Georgia will primarily consist of the incumbent portraying himself as a “reasonable moderate.” It’s a must when you consider that many still view Georgia as a red state and that race is expected to be one of the most important among those up for grabs during the upcoming midterm elections. He will face serious hurdles in accomplishing that goal however, given Ossoff’s vote to shut down the government so illegal immigrants could receive free health care. His actions reveal his true character as an open-border radical. Additionally, Ossoff’s rhetoric toward ICE and his support from groups favoring abolishing the agency highlight his radical record on immigration, arguably the most extreme in the entire United States Senate. Is his attempt to pretend he’s been in the middle all along an insult to Georgia voters? Consider that during the 2021 U.S. Senate runoff election, Jon Ossoff received significant ground support through ballot chasing efforts from radical open-borders activists who want to abolish ICE called CASA in Action.

CASA in Action is a 501(c)(4) organization that has a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that operates as its “sister organization.” The controversial group deployed an army of door knockers and mail-in ballot trackers to Georgia for Jon Ossoff’s runoff election. An X post from January 5, 2021, on the CASA in Action X account shows a video of an individual in Georgia holding pro-Ossoff flyers and appearing to knock on doors. In the video, the individual states, “I’m voting for Warnock and Ossoff because if we control the Senate, we can get rid of the parts of the past four years that we don’t like. And I want to push for even more change. And I want to say thanks to CASA in Action for coming out to all the Houses, knocking on doors and making sure we’re all out there to make sure that change happens.”

On Tuesday, United States Attorney General Pam Bondi criticized Hawaii Senator Mazie Hirono for attending an anti-Trump, pro-open-borders march outside the White House on May Day. Exclusive footage taken by Loomer Unleashed on that date shows the same CASA’s May Day protesters disembarking from buses in red T-shirts, being greeted by members of Antifa who were flying the trans flag. CASA members threatened violence against us after we began filming the bused-in protesters. CASA’s website states that ICE is a “rogue agency” that should be abolished. It also refers to CASA in Action as its sister organization and even includes a “learn more” link about CASA in Action on its donation page. This doesn’t sound like a moderate group.

It is clear that elected Democrats owe their election success to radical groups like CASA, as CASA in Action appeared to have a sophisticated mail-in ballot tracking operation in Georgia that helped Jon Ossoff achieve his victory. Why distance themselves from the group if there was nothing to be ashamed of? An X post from CASA in Action’s account,  written on New Year’s Eve in 2020, stated that January 1, 2021, was the last day to receive a mail-in ballot for Ossoff’s runoff election. This demonstrates coordination. The post was complete with a link and a picture reading “track your mail-in ballot here.” Although the link now leads to a deleted webpage, Wayback Machine records show that the deleted page was previously on CASA in Action’s website and contained links for individuals to request Georgia mail-in ballots, as well as links to track them.

What makes CASA in Action’s ballot tracking and get-out-the-vote (GOTV) operation for Ossoff even more noteworthy is that the group deleted its post-election report from its website. Fortunately, it was preserved on the Wayback Machine. CASA in Action’s post-election report revealed that the organization focused its voter contact and mail-in ballot tracking operations in Fulton County. The report’s victory assessment in Georgia also depicts its organizers, all masked, placing Ossoff yard signs, handing out food to what appear to be prospective voters, and making the Black Lives Matter fist symbol.

Senator Ossoff has evidently not forgotten those who helped put him in office, as he has embraced some of the most radical open-borders policies during his time in office. In July, Ossoff ranted about how ICE agents should be doxxed, claiming that failing to do so would amount to “tyranny.” Speaking to attendees at his “Rally for the Republic,” he said, “When the federal police are wearing masks and refusing to identify themselves, that’s a real bad sign. That’s a real bad sign. Because fear, fear is the currency of tyranny.” Building on this theme, in August, Ossoff incited violence against ICE and DHS officials by sharing a video clip of himself on MSNBC, stating, “You know, there, at some point, is going to be a reckoning for all of this. These folks who are working at these private prison companies, who are on Kristi Noem’s staff right now, they are at some point going to have to testify under oath about what is happening in the facilities that they’re currently running. And, you know, their plan is to expand the scope of detention. By the way, we’re not talking about hardened criminals here.”

September has been marked by violent attacks against ICE agents, and Ossoff’s summer of inflammatory rhetoric, calling for ICE agents to be doxxed and to face a “reckoning”, is certainly to blame for fueling the radical left’s political violence pandemic. For instance, on September 24, 2025, a targeted shooting occurred at a Dallas ICE facility, resulting in the death of at least two detainees, with authorities describing it as an act of violence against federal immigration enforcement. Just days later, on September 27th, an anti-ICE protest outside a Chicago facility erupted in violence.

It should come as little surprise that open-borders advocates George and Alex Soros have already donated to Ossoff’s reelection campaign. Alex Soros recently shared a conspiracy theory on X, stating that Trump was using ICE to build a personal police force to destroy democracy.  In a post from July 19, 2025, Soros referenced a piece by scholar Theda Skocpol, highlighting how Trump is allegedly fostering a system of “competitive sycophancy” and could weaponize ICE as a “private army” to undermine American democracy.

Democrat Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer has long believed in Ossoff’s ability to advance his agenda, including voting to shut down the government for the sake of illegal immigrants being able to receive free healthcare off the backs of taxpayers. In 2021, Schumer even published a fundraising solicitation stating that all he wanted for his birthday was for people to donate to Jon Ossoff.

In this climate of political violence, Jon Ossoff’s race becomes even more important. It would send a horrific message if the people of Georgia elect an individual who has been pushing violent rhetoric outwards toward ICE officials. Ossoff’s illegal immigrant action network already capitalized off his last election to “change things they don’t like.” The people of Georgia cannot allow violence and tyranny to usher in horrific open-border policies. Holding the Senate is key for President Trump’s America First agenda which requires appointing cabinet officials and judges committed to his secure-border policies.
