Highly Conflicted Judge Merchan Rejects President Trump’s Motion For a Mistrial Despite Stormy Daniels’ Changing Testimony

Charles Downs May 10, 2024 Donald Trump, General News, Joe Biden, Judge Merchan Comments Off on Highly Conflicted Judge Merchan Rejects President Trump’s Motion For a Mistrial Despite Stormy Daniels’ Changing Testimony

Judge Merchan’s conflict of interest was on full display again on Thursday as he denied President Trump’s motion to declare a mistrial and reverse the gag order due to Stormy Daniels changing testimony. As Trump walked into court on Thursday, he called Judge Merchan “totally conflicted.”

While in court, Stormy Daniels admitted she signed the letter stating she did not have an affair with President Trump. Daniels also stated she was furious that “Michael Cohen did not pay her” but then said it was not about the money. As he left court Thursday, Trump again called Merchan “highly conflicted.”

Laura Loomer exclusively reported that Judge Merchan’s daughter, Loren, is the partner and part-owner of Authentic Campaigns, a firm whose “featured client “is the Biden-Harris Campaign. Thursday was yet another example of how crazed Democrats are to “get Trump” before November’s election.

As he left court Thursday, President Trump said, “I don’t think we have to do any explaining. I am not allowed to anyway because This Judge is corrupt, and he is totally conflicted. And I have to get back on the campaign trail. I am not supposed to be here. We are so innocent, and I am being held in this courtroom.”

Trump had every right to be angry as he left court. Judge Merchan denied President Trump’s motion for a mistrial despite Stormy Daniels’ changing testimony. One example of this is when Daniels told the court Thursday that she was angry “Michael Cohen did not pay her” but then Daniels went on to state that it was not about the money. In their request for a mistrial, Trump’s attorneys told Judge Merchan, ” There is no way this case can go forward” because of Stormy Daniels’ testimony over the last few days.”

President Trump is correct in stating that Judge Merchan is highly conflicted. Loomer previously reported that screenshots show Judge Merchan’s daughter, Loren, has an X account that reshared a photo of her speaking at an Authentic Campaigns event, an organization she is part-owner of. A zoomed-in photo shows Merchan’s @LorenM426 handle flashing behind her on the podium. An X post from Authentic Campaigns on January 9th, 2020, stated that Authentic Campaigns was “excited to announce that Loren Merchan is being named partner and part-owner of Authentic Campaigns.” Loren Merchan’s X account, @LorenM426, shared this announcement.

Authentic Campaigns’ website lists the Biden-Harris campaign as its “Featured Client.” Other clients of Authentic Campaigns include Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, Rep. Ilhan Omar, Governor Gavin Newsom, Adam Schiff, and the Wisconsin Democratic Party.

Loomer Unleashed also reported Authentic Campaigns had received payments from Chuck Schumer’s Senate Majority PAC, which has paid Merchan’s company $1,657,079 this year alone. According to their 2023-2024 expenditure forms, Authentic Campaigns is one of the top three vendors for the Democrat Senate Majority PAC.

The facts are apparent. Stormy Daniels is not a reliable witness, and the only reason why Judge Merchan has not declared a mistrial is because his daughter is making money off the trial. Thursday was another display of the ongoing injustice in Joe Biden’s America.
