For over a year top Democrats have called for defunding the police.
As a result of their policies, at least 12 major Democrat-run cities have hit all-time homicide records this year.
On Wednesday former New York City Police Commissioner Bill Bratton tweeted out about the out of control homeless problem in the NYC subways.

of course, pointing out the homelessness problem enraged the New York cop-hating leftists.
In response, Democrat thought leader Rep. Sandy Cortez tweeted that the police should be defunded.
She’s the smart one.
