President Trump scored another massive legal victory on Wednesday, as the Georgia Court of Appeals granted his motion to hear his appeal to disqualify Fani Willis from his case.
Terrence Bradley, the divorce attorney for Fani Wills’ lover Nathan Wade, took the stand in Willis’ first disqualification hearing. Bradley said “dang” after realizing that his texts proved that Nathan Wade and Willis were in a relationship before she appointed Wade as special prosecutor in the Trump case.
These texts should have been enough proof for Judge Scott McAfee to remove Willis from the case. It should be no shock that McAfee did not remove Willis, as Loomer Unleashed reported that McAfee is a Willis donor.
During Laura Loomer’s recent confrontation with Willis in Miami, the Fulton County DA appeared to be with Nathan Wade. If the Georgia Court of Appeals follows the law, Willis will be removed from Trump’s case.
The Georgia Court Of Appeals granted President Trump’s motion to hear his argument about why Fani Willis should face disqualification, releasing a statement that read, “Upon consideration of the Application for Interlocutory Appeal, it is ordered hereby GRANTED. The Appellant may file a Notice of Appeal within 10 days of this order. The Clerk of Superior Court is directed to include a copy of this order I transmitted to the Court of Appeals.”
During Willis’ first disqualification hearing, Trump’s defense attorney asked Terrence Bradley, Nathan Wade’s divorce attorney, about his text exchange with Ashleigh Merchant that read: Merchant: “Do you think it [the affair between Fani Willis and Nathan Wade] started before she hired him [Fani Willis hiring Wade as special prosecutor in the Trump case]?”
Wade: “Absolutely.”
After being asked about the texts, Bradley looked down at the paper copy of his messages. His face froze after realizing all the evidence was legit, and Bradley mumbled, “Dang.”
Bradley’s text exchange proves Willis and Wade were in a relationship before Willis appointed Wade as special prosecutor in the Trump case. Willis and Wade have cashed out on taxpayers during their Trump prosecution as Wade billed the Biden White House numerous times for his services. Willis and Wade would then take the money and use it for lavish vacations.
Willis and Wade appeared to have brought their affair into the workplace. A Trump attorney asked Bradley, “Mr. Wade told you they had sex at that office [the Fulton County Evendance Room]?”
Bradley responded with, “I don’t recall.” Bradley was then pressed by the Trump attorney, who asked, “So you don’t recall, so it’s possible he did say that?” Bradley’s face froze after this question was asked.
Wade appeared to be with Willis in Miami; Loomer captioned her photo of the two, “Awwww looks at the happy couple!!! Check out this pic I took! Is this Nathan Wade consoling Fulton County, DA Fani Willis after she got LOOMERED in Miami, Florida tonight? Sure looks like him! More tax payer funded fun in Miami tonight! Who is buying the @GreyGoose?”
This information should have been enough for Judge McAfee to disqualify Willis. However, McAfee’s decision to allow Willis to remain should come as no shock. Records from the State of Georgia show that on June 18th, 2020, Judge Scott McAfee donated to Fani Willis’ primary campaign to become Fulton County District Attorney.
If the law is fairly applied, the Georgia Court Of Appeals will disqualify Willis from Trump’s case. However, if this does not happen, the rule of law is dead in Joe Biden’s America.
