‘Sopranos’ Star Says Biden Administration Has Been Used To ‘Divide People’

“Sopranos” star Drea de Matteo said President Biden’s administration has been used to “divide people” and called the focus on left-wing issues a distraction from more important matters.

Speaking recently to Fox News’ “The Story,” the 52-year-old actress said others in Hollywood fear that if they speak out about Biden being a divisive leader, something will happen to them personally.

“Life imitating art, just for speaking out to the feds or whatever, you know?” de Matteo said, referencing her character being killed on the hit show after saying too much.

“But yeah, I’m sure that it was hijacked a long time ago. It’s new to me in the last three years to not be able to have a voice — not that I even tried to,” she added. “I accidentally fell into this big-mouth role that I have now, and, man, the far-left is going to own me soon.”

“I feel like the Biden administration was used to divide people,” the actress continued. “I think that the division in America is beyond — and I don’t think that we know really where it’s coming from. I doubt that it’s just an old man [Biden] who doesn’t even know he’s reading half the time. I don’t think he’s making any of these executive decisions on social issues.”

The “Desperate Housewives” star then called on Americans to “come together” and fight back for their constitutional rights which she said are slowly being “stripped away day by day.”

“I’ve been called every name under the sun,” de Matteo said. “White nationalists — like, crazy things, but, you know, we forget about Guns n’ Roses, the Sex Pistols, Velvet Revolver. Madonna wore crosses on everything.”

“I don’t know why the words ‘freedom’ and ‘God’ are sort of reasons for discrimination,” she added.

“Now, these are four-letter words somehow, and I don’t know how we got here. It’s too much,” the Emmy-winning star continued. “There’s no balance.”

During de Matteo’s recent appearance on Donald Trump Jr.’s “Triggered” podcast, the actress echoed a similar sentiment and said the Biden administration has tried to perpetuate a “bulls***” message of “unity” and has used “social issues as pawns to further their administration.”

“This administration has just been hammering all of these things and people in Hollywood are petrified,” de Matteo said. “What, are you going to speak out against race, and sex, and all of that stuff?

“People are afraid to have those conversations, because first of all, you never win with a liberal,” she added. “You’re just never gonna win.”
